Opossums

North America’s only marsupial, the opossum is able to climb up into trees and hang upside down by their prehensile tail. Remarkable as that may be, you still don’t want them taking up residence under your front porch or tool shed. These guys can produce odors, dig up your lawn and landscaping, and make burrows that encourage other ground dwellers like raccoons to move in as well.

Here, a young opossum meandered into an art exhibit, and was later escorted back to his home!
